Ingredients

cauliflower

egg
1
tbsp
minced garlic

olive oil
lime juice
(or lemon)

chili powder
garlic salt and pepper, to taste

flour

tbsp
fresh cilantro
Instructions
Roughly chop up cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk in flour.
Add the cauliflower to the bowl and toss to combine evenly. Transfer to rimmed cookie sheet.
Bake at 425° for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through baking. Top with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
