Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Taste and season accordingly.
Serve with pita chips, crackers, cucumbers, or red peppers.
Notes
Calorie count includes using plain Greek yogurt, instead of sour cream.
Add 66 kcal per serving if you opt for sour cream. This also reduces the protein to 9.7g per serving, as opposed to 12g with Greek yogurt.
